SBL employees with the ambition to apply are equally welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SBL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant shift leader to support the efficient flow and control of inventory within the Logistics Department. The role involves administrative duties, inventory control, physical handling of goods, and support for day-to-day warehouse operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in maintaining accurate stock records for empty containers, finished goods, and pallets by reconciling ERP data with physical stock counts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support regular stock counts, audits, and inventory verification activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in organizing deliveries to improve distribution efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to FIFO principles and conduct routine compliance checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect the quality and condition of goods received through visual assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records in Sage X3 and update relevant spreadsheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate forklift operations and assist Storekeepers in assigning tasks to loading and unloading teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies in received or delivered orders to the Storekeeper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and maintain cleanliness, order, and organization in stock areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote and maintain a safe and productive working environment for casual workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any other duties related to warehouse and logistics operations as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Competencies and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Management, Logistics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound knowledge of inventory management and basic bookkeeping principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically fit and willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>How to apply:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications including cover letter, curriculum vitae (CV), copies of degrees\/diplomas\/ professional certificates and a copy of the national ID <strong>(All in one combined file)<\/strong> should be submitted via the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/skolbrewery-careers.rw\/index.php\/jobs\/assistant-shift-leader-logistics\/\">https:\/\/skolbrewery-careers.rw\/index.php\/jobs\/assistant-shift-leader-logistics\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">at the attention of the HR Department not later than 21\/08\/2026 at 5:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discard anyone who may claim compensation\/money to be recruited.
