SBL employees with the ambition to apply are equally welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SBL is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Warehouse and Asset Manager to Coordinates the event warehouse, assets and inventory, ensuring equipment availability, maintenance, logistics coordination and timely support for operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive, inspect, record, and properly store event materials, equipment, and other assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all event warehouse assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the issuance, return, movement, and condition of assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile physical stock and asset records in the ERP system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the preparation and timely dispatch of assets and materials for events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive returned assets and assess their condition for damage, loss, or required maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report and document damaged, missing, or defective assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the proper labeling, organization, and secure storage of all warehouse items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular stock and asset counts and support periodic inventory audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with FIFO principles, workplace safety requirements, hygiene standards, and applicable warehouse procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare regular reports on asset movements, stock levels, losses, damages, and warehouse activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and casual workers, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the timely availability and return of event assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Competencies and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound knowledge of inventory and asset management principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using inventory management systems, preferably ERP systems such as Sage X3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile physical assets with system data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in supervising and coordinating teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of workplace safety, FIFO principles, and hygiene standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically fit and willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>How to apply:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications including cover letter, curriculum vitae (CV), copies of degrees\/diplomas\/ professional certificates and a copy of the national ID <strong>(All in one combined file)<\/strong> should be submitted via the link : <a href=\"https:\/\/skolbrewery-careers.rw\/index.php\/jobs\/event-warehouse-asset-manager\/\">https:\/\/skolbrewery-careers.rw\/index.php\/jobs\/event-warehouse-asset-manager\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">at the attention of the HR Department not later than 21\/08\/2026 at 5:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discard anyone who may claim compensation\/money to be recruited.
